Hello,
I’d like to take a moment to thank you for trusting me with your hair and your stories. I will honor and cherish them both, sincerely.
I recognize that hair is never just hair. There is a whole complex feeling Being connected to that hair with a story, possibly many, about their relationship and experience with it.
I look forward to collaborating with you on your hair design ideas, and creating low maintenance, bespoke cuts and colors, in a lower pressure environment. Using sustainable products, and “free mom hugs” as needed. (only with consent)
This packet will walk you through the what, where, when, and why’s. If you have any further questions or concerns, never hesitate to reach out. I reply within 24 hours, usually much sooner.
Thank you,
Jessica/J

Consultation
Once you’re comfy in my chair, we will talk in depth about your texture, lifestyle, and your desired results.
My Consultation process begins before your visit, with pre-visit forms, and virtual consultations, if you choose. These help us get acquainted, and help me discover your hair/scalp history, and your needs.
They also give you an opportunity to share anything that would help you feel more at ease during your visit. I am happy to accommodate health, mobility, sensory, and Transitional needs.
If you need help finding some inspiration, or need design guidance, I’m happy to put together a Pinterest Board for you, or you can use mine, there are many, to find some inspiration, before your visit.
Before we begin, we will have a clear design plan, within your budget.
You can request a quiet moment anytime during your visit.
After we shampoo, or I prep your color, I am happy to chat, but you don’t have to keep me entertained. If you need a “Quiet Moment” just put your headphones in, or flip the “Quiet” card.
You’re welcome to ask questions at any point during your service.
I’ll check in with you during the design process, and before we finish, to hear your input, and make adjustments as needed, while we finish up.
As I finish your hair, I’ll give you some easy styling tips. If you need a full hands on lesson, Add On extra time to your Session.
As we wrap it up, I’ll ask if you have any questions, while I show you the 360 view, and recap the design process.
*I do not photograph guests for social media.
After Your Visit
I’ll reach out to you within a few days, once you’ve had time to work with it. I’m happy to answer any follow up questions, or address any concerns. If you need an adjustment, that’s ok! If you need a styling tutorial, I’ll hunt one down or make one for you.
I am here to help & I want you to love your hair!
Never hesitate to reach out if you need my assistance.
I look forward to seeing you soon.
Thanks again,
Jessica
